Waiver of LiabilityPlease be aware that no professional medical care is offered in the studio and any advice, suggestion or treatment is taken at your own risk. We recommend consulting the proper medical professional as needed.
You may be asked to sign a Waiver of Liability before your session. It is expected that you will have read this page prior to your session.
RULES & REGULATIONS:
-You may not receive a treatment if you have a fever, are taking medications (unless permission is granted from your doctor), are intoxicated, or are taking any other type of recreational drug at the time of your session.
-It is expected that you will advise your therapist of any medical injury, history or concern before your session.
-For Pre-natal or Post-partum clients, we recommend consulting with your physician prior to receiving a massage treatment or any bodywork.
-If you are pregnant, you may not receive a massage until AFTER the 12th week of pregnancy. Please make sure that you have had your 12 week check-up prior to your massage and that the doctor has stated that you and your baby are safe to receive bodywork. *Pure Energy sessions are allowed.
-No lude or inappropriate conduct of any kind will be tolerated. Treatments are NOT sexual in any regard.
-We retain the right to refuse treatment for ANY reason.
-Treatments are taken at your own risk and you are fully responsible for the effects and outcomes of the treatments whether it be for Body, Mind or Spirit.
-Post treatment symptoms are very common. Common symptoms may include: headache, stomach ache, nausea, flu or cold symptoms, crying or emotional outbursts. In most cases, these symptoms are related to release of toxins and emotions in the body and will clear within 72 hours.
